InSPIRITational Advice
Sometimes you may face challenges in which you feel that you will never make it out of. Here is some inspirational advice that I follow anytime I fall off track.
Stay Positive No matter what: Staying positive in a negative situation is crucial in determining whether you will come out on top or not. Although the situation may feel and seem horrible it is really just something you need to go through to learn a lesson and you will always come out a better person than you were before.
There is always a positive outcome: Remind yourself that No matter what you are going through or how bad it may seem there is always be a positive outcome.
Remind yourself that you are a spiritual being living a human experience: If you take a step outside of yourself and see that you are here on a mission to learn something and grow into a better spirit then life won’t seem all that difficult for you anymore. You are a powerful being and that power has been forgotten, but can now be regained.
Meditate: Meditating is helpful in assisting your mind to relax from all of the thoughts that are constantly running through your mind. Some of the benefits that I have experienced from Meditation are that it clears the mind, allows creativity to flow, and greatly assists with handling difficult situations that may arise with ease.
Visualize yourself in a positive manner: After meditating while your mind is still in a relaxed state visualize yourself in the way you want to be. Get the feeling of how you will feel when you become that great person. See yourself winning at everything you do, truly believe that it can happen, and it will.

Take action to receive what you want
If you want to accomplish something you must take action to receive it. Sitting around waiting for it to manifest will never work.
For example: when you ask for a better job, because you are not satisfied with your present job take action by searching, applying for new positions, and keeping a positive attitude about it; or if you want a new relationship, because your current one is not satisfying you do not hold onto the current relationship, let it go and make yourself available to meet new people. If you would like to move don’t sit around saying “I want to move” and do nothing about it; take action, start creating a plan by saving up, figuring out exactly where you want to move, and go from there.
We can all accomplish our dreams and goals as long as they are reasonable or logical to us. It does not matter what others around you say or believe that is their own perception. As long as you believe in yourself, your goals, and take action/steps to achieve it then you WILL succeed.
